Health: Get Green
You read that title and you thought Dr. Lane was going to write a lecture about food.
No, that is not the green I mean. I want you to get outside!!
Go to a park and be around trees and the green of nature. Go to the beach and be around water.
Get away from cars and pollution
Dr. Lane: I think we are hard-wired to need to be around the green of nature and the blue of the sky and the freshness of water.
Let the trees or the water clean the air your breath. Clean air = no pollutants. That can only be good for you.
Less things in the air your breath will let your body work at its peak ability = a better (selfish) you!
It can only help you. This is about being selfish in the right way: being good to yourself.
