Overweight at Midlife = Dementia Later On
Evidence continues to suggest that our health habit earlier in life impact our health later on. A study of people over age 65 found that “both overweight and obesity at midlife independently increase the risk of dementia, AD (Alzheimer disease), and VaD (vascular dementia).”
