Lose Weight AND Improve Your Health
While there are many people who are looking to lose weight, this should not be their only goal. A recent study showed that combining a healthy diet (with fewer calories) with an aerobic exercise program not only helped people lose weight, but also lowered their cholesterol and their blood pressure (diastolic).
