1) Posture Pings (3×10)Three times a day, try this reset: set your feet flat, point your ribs gently down, keep your shoulders wide, and chin tucked slightly. Then, take 10 slow nasal breaths. This quick alignment check relieves neck and shoulder tension, improves desk stamina, and teaches your body where “neutral” actually lives.

2)  Type 1.5 diabetes is typically found in adulthood:  Clinically referred to as latent autoimmune diabetes in adults, or LADA, this condition is often diagnosed as Type 2 diabetes. However, it’s an autoimmune disease that eventually requires insulin, just like Type 1 diabetes. Misdiagnosis can result in uncontrolled high blood sugar and a slew of other serious health issues.

3) While I do feel a small sense of sadness over the MAGAts who went in 100% on Trump for their naivete and stubborn loyalty despite being visually aware, aurally aware, and intellectually aware of what a lying loser he is and his inability to work on anything but a feral greedy approach to benefit only himself.

What I want to bring to your attention is the extremely uneducated, undereducated, and incorrectly educated people Trump has put into prominent positions in the US government:

  • Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (Health and Human Services) – an environmental lawyer and anti‑vaccine activist with no background managing large health systems, leading to concerns about his preparedness to oversee sprawling federal health agencies.

  • Pete Hegseth (Defense) – a former Army officer and TV commentator whose critics argue he lacks the senior command and Pentagon management experience typically expected of a Defense Secretary.

  • Sean Duffy (Transportation) and Lee Zeldin (EPA) – former members of Congress who, according to multiple reports, have limited technical or managerial background in the complex regulatory and infrastructure domains they now lead or are nominated to lead.

  • Tulsi Gabbard (Director of National Intelligence) – criticized in Senate and media discussions for questionable foreign‑policy judgment and a perceived lack of depth in intelligence management despite prior congressional service.

  • Linda McMahon (Education Secretary), criticized for limited background in education administration despite business executive credentials

  • Billy Long (IRS Commissioner): Attended but did not graduate college
