Have an Orange Juice with Your Fast Food
Next time you go out for some fast food, remember that “orange juice intake with the HFHC (high fat, high carb) meal prevented meal-induced oxidative and inflammatory stress.” Drinking water or a soft drink does not. If you have to eat fast food (a generally poor choice to begin with) have a tall glass of orange juice or two with your meal. You will feel a lot better.
