Remember to Eat Healthy and Eat Healthy to Remember
A recent study found that certain dietary patters were “strongly associated with lower Alzheimer disease risk.” To lower your risk of Alzheimer’s disease, choose a diet “characterized by higher intakes of salad dressing, nuts, fish, tomatoes, poultry, cruciferous vegetables, fruits, and dark and green leafy vegetables and a lower intake of high-fat dairy products, red meat, organ meat, and butter.”
