Pistachios Improve Erectile Function
Who doesn’t love pistachio nuts? Well now there more to these nuts than we thought!
Research has determined that a “3-week pistachio diet applied to patients with ED (Erectile Dysfunction) resulted in a significant improvement in erectile function parameters.” The improvement was seen in men who ate 100 grams (about 3 ½ ounces) per day during the three-week period.
