I am writing this on December 21, 2021 but it could have been written at any time for the last 9 years.

Thank you for all of you who read this or come to my office at 290 Ferry Street in Newark, NJ.

I started this office 12/12/2012.  Just me and 4 walls.  No patients and no income expected.  I was immediately sued by my previous employer, Dr. Phillip Della Santi for opening my office too close to his, on a block with 5 other chiropractors because “it would be competition for patients”.  Yeah, right.

Since then I have grown my CDL and government medical exams business and have let the chiropractic side of my work slide to almost zero, mostly by declining all insurance and only accepting cash.

I am grateful for the opportunity to treat every patient who comes into my office, whether it is for a CDL medical exam, a respirator fitting, an alcohol screening, or a drug screening.

This office has been the culmination of my life and a dream come true since I was a child dreaming of becoming a doctor and opening my own office.  It was also a dream of my mother who believed in me and helped me late in both our lives to get into school so that I could achieve this goal.

My affection for all of my patients is real and people who come here know it.

I am also grateful to my staff through the years but especially for Stephanie Calva-Jimenez and Mary Conza-Gonzalez who work with me these days (Mary only on Saturdays).  These women are very smart, work smoothly with me, and both have excellent handwriting (a skill I lack).  

I love every day that I come to this office and meet all of my new and returning patients.  You all make me very happy.
