While this list may not be just for truckers, some of the ideas will resonate with truckers because of how the process differs from people who have more time, space, and flexibility in their lives.

For my trucker readers: when you are not on the road, please try to do these same things with regard to living a normal (read: not on the road right now) life.  That means more time to do them and no snacking – it increases your calories!
